Ambassador Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your participation in the Helix Regen ambassador referral program (the “Program”), operated by Helix Regen Corporation (“Helix Regen”, “we”, “us”). By signing up as an ambassador you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not join the Program.

1. Joining the Program

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
• You must provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current.
• Your account is created in a pending state. It becomes active only after you confirm your email address using the link we send you.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts, or accounts created with an address you do not control, may be removed without notice.
• We may decline or end any application or account at our discretion.

2. Your referral link

Once your email is confirmed we issue you a unique referral link. Bookings that reach us through that link are attributed to you.

• Your link is personal to you. Do not sell it, auction it, or transfer it to anyone else.
• Do not use your own link to refer yourself, or to route bookings you would have made anyway.
• Attribution is recorded when a visitor arrives through your link and is held for a limited window. If someone reaches us another way, or their attribution has expired, the referral cannot be credited to you retroactively.
• We may change how attribution is tracked. Any change applies to referrals made after the change.

3. Commission and rewards

• You earn 5% of the treatment price for each treatment booked and paid for by someone you referred.
• Commission is earned when the referred client’s payment clears — not when they click your link, and not when they book.
• Rewards can be taken as a cash payout or, where offered, as credit toward your own Helix Regen treatment.
• Commission does not apply to taxes, shipping, financing charges, or any amount that is refunded, charged back, or discounted after the fact. Commission already paid on a refunded or cancelled treatment may be reversed or deducted from later earnings.
• Rates and reward options may change. Any change applies to referrals made after we publish it.

4. How you may promote Helix Regen

Share your link honestly. When you promote Helix Regen you are speaking to people about a medical service, and what you say reflects on us.

• Disclose that you earn a reward when someone books through your link, wherever that disclosure is required — including on social media.
• Do not make medical claims, promise outcomes, or describe Helix Regen treatments as a cure or a guaranteed result.
• Do not send unsolicited bulk email or text messages, and do not post your link as spam.
• Do not bid on Helix Regen brand terms in paid search, impersonate Helix Regen, or present yourself as an employee or as a medical professional acting for us.
• Do not use our name, logo, or materials in a way we have not approved, and do not register domains, handles, or accounts that could be mistaken for ours.
• Follow all applicable laws and platform rules, including advertising and endorsement disclosure rules.

5. Relationship between us

You are an independent participant in the Program. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship, and you have no authority to make commitments on behalf of Helix Regen. You are not entitled to employee benefits, and you are responsible for your own expenses.

6. Privacy

We use the information you give us to run your ambassador account, attribute referrals, and send you your link and related updates. OurPrivacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. Do not share other people’s personal information with us without their consent, and do not use anything you learn through the Program about referred clients for any other purpose.

7. Leaving the Program

You can leave at any time using theleave the program page or by contacting us. We may also suspend or end your participation at any time, with or without notice, including where we believe activity breaches these terms or is fraudulent, misleading, or harmful to clients.

When your participation ends, your referral link stops being tracked. Commission already earned on cleared payments will be paid, except where your participation ended because of fraud or a breach of these terms, in which case unpaid commission may be forfeited.

8. No guarantees

The Program is provided as-is. We do not guarantee any level of earnings, any number of referrals, uninterrupted tracking, or that the Program will continue to be offered. To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the Program is limited to the commission owed to you at the time the claim arises.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use your referral link after a change means you accept the updated terms.
