The Helix Regen Patient Ambassador Program (the “Program”) provides eligible individuals who have experienced a Helix Regen treatment with the opportunity to share their authentic personal experiences through original video content.
The Program is administered through the Replika Software platform on behalf of Helix Regen.
Participating Patient Ambassadors (“Ambassadors”) may receive fixed compensation for approved content creation and additional compensation for qualifying engagement with eligible published content.
The Program is not a patient referral, affiliate sales, or treatment commission program. Compensation is provided exclusively for agreed content-creation services and eligible content engagement, subject to the terms below.
Participation does not require Ambassadors to recommend treatments, recruit patients, generate bookings, or provide positive testimonials.
To participate in the Program, an applicant must:
Helix Regen and Replika Software reserve the right to approve or decline applications based on Program eligibility requirements.
Acceptance into the Program does not guarantee a paid content assignment.
Ambassadors may be invited to create an original video describing their personal experience with Helix Regen.
Content should reflect the Ambassador's genuine opinions, observations, and individual experience.
Submitted videos must:
Ambassadors are not required to express a positive opinion about Helix Regen or its treatments.
Helix Regen may review submitted content for quality, accuracy, legal compliance, and adherence to the agreed content brief.
Content approval must never depend on whether the Ambassador expresses a positive opinion or recommends a treatment.
Eligible Ambassadors will receive a fixed payment of $250 for each approved video deliverable completed in accordance with an agreed content assignment.
Payment is compensation for content-creation services and is not contingent upon:
Content approval is based on completion of the agreed deliverable and compliance with the Program's objective content requirements.
Eligible approved and published content may qualify for additional compensation of $0.25 per Qualified Click.
A Qualified Click is a legitimate, unique engagement event recorded by the Replika platform through an approved content-tracking link, subject to the Program's tracking and validation requirements.
Qualified Clicks must:
Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, self-generated, or otherwise invalid clicks may be excluded from compensation.
Click-based compensation is intended to reward eligible engagement with approved content and is not calculated based on patient registrations, treatment bookings, purchases, or healthcare revenue.
Engagement compensation is subject to applicable healthcare laws, compliance approval, and any additional campaign restrictions. Helix Regen may suspend or discontinue engagement-based payments where necessary for legal or regulatory compliance.
Ambassadors will not receive compensation based on:
No compensation is payable for patient referrals, regardless of whether those referrals result in treatment.
Approved Ambassador content may be featured on:
Ambassadors retain ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By separately authorizing publication, Ambassadors grant Helix Regen a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and publish the approved content for the purposes specified in the applicable content authorization.
Any use of an Ambassador's name, image, likeness, voice, or patient experience must comply with applicable consent and privacy requirements.
Where required, separate written authorization must be obtained before using or disclosing protected health information.
Helix Regen may edit content for formatting, length, or technical presentation, provided the edits do not materially alter the Ambassador's statements or misrepresent their experience.
Ambassadors must clearly disclose their compensated relationship with Helix Regen whenever they publish sponsored or compensated content.

Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and consistent with applicable Federal Trade Commission requirements and platform policies.
Ambassadors must not:
All opinions must remain authentic and voluntary.
Replika Software provides the technology infrastructure supporting Program administration, content management, engagement measurement, and payment reporting.
The platform may track:
Replika Software may exclude invalid or noncompliant engagement from payment calculations.
Tracking information is used for Program administration and reporting and must not be used to compensate Ambassadors for patient referrals or treatment transactions.
Approved compensation will be calculated and recorded through the Replika Software platform.
Payments may be issued through supported payment methods, including PayPal or Venmo, where available.

The payment schedule and any applicable minimum payout thresholds will be communicated through the Program or the Ambassador's account.
Helix Regen and Replika Software may withhold or adjust payments associated with fraud, invalid activity, policy violations, or legal compliance concerns.
Ambassadors represent that the content they submit is original or that they possess all rights necessary to submit and license it.
Ambassadors must not include copyrighted music, third-party images, or other protected materials without appropriate authorization.
Ambassadors retain their intellectual property rights except as expressly provided in a separate content license or agreement.
Helix Regen's right to use Ambassador content is limited to the permissions granted by the Ambassador.
Replika Software retains all rights to its platform, technology, software, tracking infrastructure, and proprietary materials.
Personal information collected through the Program will be used to administer Ambassador accounts, manage content assignments, communicate with participants, process compensation, and operate the Program.
Information will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
Ambassadors may request information about their account or withdraw from the Program using the available contact or account-management procedures.
Participation in the Program does not authorize Helix Regen, participating clinics, or Replika Software to disclose protected health information without any authorization required by law.
Ambassadors agree not to:
Helix Regen may request corrections or removal of content that violates Program requirements.
Helix Regen may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.
Ambassadors may withdraw from the Program at any time.
Helix Regen may suspend or terminate participation for violations of these Program Policies, fraudulent activity, or applicable legal requirements.
Termination will not automatically eliminate compensation properly earned for completed and approved services before termination.
Rights to previously published content will be governed by the applicable content license and authorization.
The Program is designed to compensate individuals for legitimate content-creation services rather than patient acquisition or medical treatment referrals.
All compensation arrangements must comply with applicable federal and state laws, including, where relevant, healthcare anti-kickback, patient-inducement, privacy, and advertising requirements.
Compensation must not be conditioned on the volume or value of patient referrals or medical services.
Helix Regen reserves the right to modify or discontinue any compensation mechanism, including click-based engagement payments, if legal review determines that the arrangement is impermissible.
Nothing in these Program Policies authorizes an Ambassador to provide medical advice or act as a healthcare provider.
By registering for and participating in the Helix Regen Patient Ambassador Program, the Ambassador acknowledges having read and agreed to these Program Policies.
Participation is voluntary and subject to eligibility, content approval, and applicable compliance requirements.
