After an opt-out request, Helix Regen will stop consent-based promotional messages and may send one non-promotional confirmation message. No further promotional messages will be sent unless you provide new consent.

If you separately consent to receive email, phone, or other communications, those communications may continue unless you withdraw consent for that communication channel or otherwise request no contact.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have any consent required by applicable law, to enroll in the SMS program.
Helix Regen may decline or discontinue enrollment when necessary to comply with law, carrier requirements, security requirements, or program administration.

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the law of Arizona, without limiting any non-waivable rights under the law of your state.
